Hello Madam, I really don't know your stress actually u are undergoing for various reasons. Still, your stress is causing all those symptoms which you are right now facing. Do consult a Family Counsellor and become a stress free.and symptom free person. Take care.
You need a multipronged approach to deal with your symptoms. Address your stress first as it is responsible for all the symptoms. You can start yoga, meditation or deep breathing exercises to manage your anxiety. You may also need to contact a psychiatrist to assess exact cause of your symptoms, reach a diagnosis and prescribe you some medications accordingly.
