Hi,
I have a strange problem during nights. Suddenly I wakeup and couldn't sleep. I become panic and I am unable to stay indoors. I feel better when I go outside even then that feeling doesn't end. I want to speak with any person at that time..
This regularly happened to me few years ago and I don't want to sleep after that panic attacks.
Please help me what to do.

Panic can come out of nowhere right in the middle of the night and leave us drained and exhausted and wondering
Also scared to sleep
It seems like panic attack and what’s most important is to find out why behind it
If we access what causing it the problem can be solved

Hello. You seem to have panic attacks on the surface but they need to be evaluated in detail for a cause. Sometimes even sleep apnea episodes too can present like that. Do you feel refreshed after getting up in the morning or tired and other questions need to be answered. I would suggest consulting a Psychiatrist as that would help you better. Good luck.
