Panic attacks
Hi doctor, In last two years, I had 2 panic attacks. Taken medication for 4 months and I currently don't feel anxiety or Panic attack symptoms. But I am scared to travel anywhere due to fear of getting another panic attack. What measures can be taken to avoid such occurrence if I am traveling with no access to hospital?

Hi , you don’t have to be preoccupied with this thought or any kind of anticipatory anxiety regarding panic attacks.Panic attacks can be managed easily and are not life threatening. While traveling you can use clonazepam 0.5 mg to abort a panic attack or even you can take it prior as-well to avoid any anticipated panic attack

Panic attac is not life threatening but distressing. Distraction techniques will help. Or you can ask for sos medications. You may take a counselling session
