The healthiest way to deal with an anxiety/panic attack is to acknowledge it. Try not to fight your symptoms. But keep reminding yourself that they will pass.
Panic attacks can often be caused by stress. But they can also be associated with a family history of panic attacks, drug and alcohol use, and certain medical conditions.
There is plenty that can be done for people who have problems with anxiety attacks. These can include:
relaxation techniques, such as mindfulness and meditation
healthy diet and adequate sleep
exercise
cutting back on alcohol, cigarettes and drugs
distracting yourself with mental activities, like counting
grounding techniques
slow and deep breathing
positive self-talk
psychological therapies, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)
medicine
Next Steps
consult Psychiatrist/ Psychologist

Ur drug should be changed and in proper dose to be taken for proper duration. Along with that u hv to take CBT therapy. Both will help u in achieving remission
Hi,
Its Disheartening to know that you were not relieved of Panic attack since past 9 years
However I will require some more information about the investigations done - have you got all blood and cardiac evaluation done?
How was the response on medication?
Did you undergo any psychotherapy for it?
were there any other Psychiatric or physical illness as well?
