Hello, I understand it's a difficult time with entrance exams and internship going on. You can try helping yourself through breathing exercises, relaxation exercises and mindfulness techniques readily available on YouTube. As far as medication is concerned, no doctor would be able to prescribe without talking to or seeing a patient and getting a detailed history as it would be unethical and not permissible. And these medications will also require prescription, facility for which is not available in this section. I would suggest contacting Psychiatrists and psychotherapists through online portals providing free consultation and help. There are several good organizations providing details of Psychiatrists and therapists available for help. You can easily find it on Google.
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist or nearest physician
Health Tips
Please do not start medication without consulting a psychiatrist or a physician. Also try self help and therapy.
