Very worried
I always think about things that'll never happen or have very little possibility of happening And those things give anxiety a lot Which cause obstruction in my daily life I seek lot of reassurance and think about those things a lot What should I do,any medicine,yoga ? Please help

We need to delve deeper into why you why these thoughts. Therapy or counselling will help. Once we find a reason, we can address it better. Very difficult to say at this stage whether therapy or medicines will help, needs more introspection into the cause.
