I am very aggressive and in my aggression sometimes I end up hurting someone or even myself. After few minutes I realize that I did wrong and feel depressed. I get irritated easily, on small things also like if someone make fun of me, or if someone wants to share my problems I feel very irritated and then I get aggressive and shout. Please help.

I am currently taking nexito forte. Can I take omega 3 capsules of amway with this medicine. I am planning to quit nexito forte. Need your help.

I sleep a lot, sleep is my way of escaping the world. When I sleep I make no effort, my mind carries me wherever I want to go. I don’t have to pick up a textbook. I don’t have to talk to my friend. I don’t have to eat. When I wake it feels like I’ve been treading water for an eternity, I ache and my eyes are heavy. I escape from my lectures in the university. I close the windows of room and just sit in the dark void of all the thoughts. I am one who is always career oriented and also have a good social circle. I also have some friends to whom I can open up everything that is related to me. But I do not know what I bothering me. I used to love acquiring new knowledge, study, take up my exams and get good grades. But now I find everything far away from me. all I do is sleep to escape.

Not able to sleep in night..there is no pain in legs but dont know he not able to sleep..many times he thrown the legs on surface..what is problem?

I have been suffering from a pain in d right side of abdomen near the liver area from 6 months. The pain increases after i eat and i could not sit for more time because that part becomes numb n i feel like it is getting twisted up inside. I undergone Endoscopy, 2d echo, ultrasound for abdomen but all are negative and my doctor advised me to go for CT SCAN abdomen. What is the reason for this...also i took nexito plus tablets for 2 months because of anxiety and depression and i stopped them abruptly last week. But from 3 days i have been experiencing increased anxiety, pain in d chest and hissing sound in my ears. Are these withdrawl symptoms of nexito plus? N what is d reason for my pain in d abdomen?.. Also note that i used to smoke and drink regularly but i stopped them 7 months back abruptly.

I have a problem in writing and reading i thing i have a dyslexia is any treatment for it ?? what should i do?..

Hi i am 19 years old male. I am suffering from acute and extreme social anxiety disorder. I have dropped one year of my college because of this. I am tensed that it will ruin my life and career badly i am not able to move out of my house. Not able to meet friends, travel and enjoy life. I am stressed about myself. I keep on complicating things. Am getting depressed when problems come. Am not being expressive about exactly what is happening with me. Anger and uncomfortable in groups. Losing self confidence.

I am 18 years old. I was in a relationship but 4 months ago my boyfriend cheated on me. I tried to move on but it seems so hard. He is in a relationship right now but he said he wants me back...and after all the pain he caused me i dont want to go back to him..but i stilll love him. My finals are coming and i need to study but i am not in the situation right now. I think too much...i need help
