From last 5 months i am not able to sleep properly. i get really bad anxiety attacks especially in the night when my body starts shaking and heartbeat is so fast and sometimes it is that severe that i can't even breathe properly. Last 2 weeks really getting very irritated due to sleep deprivation. I feel tired all day & body pain. Headache is also really bad sometimes. I keep overthinking all day and i am very scared of some things which might happen in future. I am not able to focus on studies and i just keep overthinking. I don't want to go out to socialize but also i feel lonely at the same time. Not able to get out of the bed . Sometimes i self harm myself for being so lazy but also can't even take a single step to improve my situation.Don't even have the energy to do my favourite activities. Am i in depression ?

I've been on olazapine for few years for bipolar disorder and recently started having insomnia symptoms. My doctor has suggested low dose mirtazapine or trazodone for sleep. Are these medicines safe in bipolar in low doses?

My doctor prescribed nexito forte for sleep And suggested taking it night after dinner I have few questions 1 should I give a gap Or take   medicine after dinner immediately 2 how many days it will take to get sleep

Hello I have anxiety problem 1 I feel nervous and stress before going anywhere and before meeting with new person and I wish to go many places but due to anxious or stress I avoid going 2 I don't drink or smoke and don't have any other bad habits and don't feel stress, negative, frustrated,tired, anxious and angry due to anxiety and I am very calm and kind person 3 I have gastric issue,sore throat,head heavy when I have these problems and problem comes suddenly this problem cause me anxious 4 After marriage I have night anxiety due to my wife behaviour,he not talk me in good manner and always scolded me and talk me rudely and when I go her near,he said go away and also said main dekh lugi apko and meri zindagi barbad kardi,I don't know why she said this and she is very gusse vali and ziddi hai,their behaviour cause more anxiety in night So I want to overcome from these problems

Good day, I have been taking Ventab dxt 25 for almost 6 months now.Recently I have been having heavy head ,headache and fatigue.Want to leave the medicine.How to taper it.

Male, 30 I got a panick attack two year ago in the month of May 2021 (got to know by psychiatrist), i have been diagnosed with by escitalopram+ clonazapam in starting and later on only escitalopram s vocita tab .....i thought tapering the dosages but symptoms again came so again I consult my psychiatrist he told me not to taper the dosages right now ......it has been 1.5 yr ,i tapered the dose from 10mg to 5mg and then to 5mg alternately taking NEXITO ESCITLOPRAM 5MG alternately from 4 month but FEELING WITHDRAWL SYMPTOMS MOSTLY DIZZINESS, LIGHTHEADNESS AND BRAIN ZAPS , Weakness etc... please recommend what should I do should I continue to take  5 mg alternately

Hello I am a first year architecture student, I used to be a top student in my school , I always manage to get into first 3 ranks but everything changed in a single night when I was in 11th grade, I became incredibly slow and my memory became dull. Since then I been struggling for 2 years Now I can't even get myself sit to study even if I do I get incredibly anxious, I failed all my first sem and now I am a complete loser, what do you think is the reason I ended up here?

My doctor has prescribed flunil 20mg at lunch. Aripiprazole 2mg at dinner and topiramate 50mg at sleeping time for 21 days each for my binge eating disorder. It it safe to take Aripiprazole and topiramate together ??

I am suffering from OCD since a long time. I deleted the treatment for a long, but now I started it finally. I have been put on these medicines- TOFISOPAM 50 mg twice n FLUVOXARINE 50 mg once a day../no the problem is that I am having constipation since I started taking these medicines. My doctor prescribed me antacid as she said it will cause acidti but she did not talk about this constipation problem.... I am having bloating and constipation since I started taking these medicines. Please help me how to deal with these undesirable side-effects
