Please answer Do brand also matter between addwize and inspiral Or brand doesn't matter for methylphenidate Doctor prescribed methylphenidate First time medicine worked next time not working Is there something else or because of brand not working medicine?

I am diagnosed with ocd and my doctor has prescribed 100 mg sertraline , 1 tablet a day...he had prescribed me to take in the breakfast...but felt very drowsy and uncomfortable, also suffered from acidity..finally, with consulting him, i changed my medicine timing to night..but after a week, i am unable to sleep at night...it keeps me awake at night, and feel very restless and sleepless throughout the day...i m confused, which timing will be suitable for me at this dose...kindly suggest.

Hello Doctors, I am currently on Nexito 10 mg after 2-3 months my course will be completed right now i am unable to sleep on time i sleep at 4 am and then i wake up at 1 pm altough i am completeing 8-9 hours of sleep but its impacting my life and most importantly some days i don't sleep through out the nigth then i sleep in morning how to treat this pls help. I have already lost lots of time using methylphenidate but it didn't help me My problem is attention deficit and insomnia I am already jobless Just please let me know atomoxetine works for everyone or like methylphenidate it doesn't work for some people in attention deficit? Because I already lost lots of time waiting for medicine I know it's not as effective as methylphenidate but it's effective for everyone adhd patient?

I am in my maternity leave at Udupi. Always she irritates me by saying I am not working and earning the money. But I am helpless ,I cannot work since my baby is only 9 months old.Moreover my parents support husband's family rather than support my family. They don't support my ideas. I am helpless ,I don't know how I should be alone .

Hi sir/mam Currently im taking aripiprazol 5mg and clonazapem 0.25mg because of acute transient psychotic disorder. I don't know why I cant remember or concentrate. What someone is saying like when watching video lectures or cant able to remember what happened in Morning or at yesterday even I find it difficult to understand paragraphs feels like idont remember what I just read and feels like I don't remember video clips too I im really frustrated with this.

Hello doctors iam chaitanya 28yrs old now since last few months ism feeling very nervous and stressed. Iam crying and shouted at my family members for silly reasons iam not controlled my anger and after ism crying. Iam overthinking my future and kids i dont know what happened to me . Firstly iam not sharing any matter to husband also bez nobody understands .
