I have been consuming cannabis for last 11 years and smoking cigarette and weed from 7-8 months. My overall health has become worse due these habits. I have lost all my confidence in life. I cannot survive in life with these habits. I want to quit all 3 habits and want to give a restart of my life. I seriously feeling very guilty while consuming any of these 3. For last one month I face night sweats regularly in mid winter. I consult my general consultant he tested my ecg and it's normal. I told to my psychiatrist cause I am anxiety patient too but he can't give me any solution. I read some articles over the internet there are long list of diseases. I fear about incurable diseases. Hi. , have been struggling with stress eating and mostly it is because I stay alone and away from family. I feel lonely and stressed at times and do overthink. I take resort in food. Any cortisol Controlljng supplement that is safe and won't affect any of my female cycle .

I've been on olazapine 7.5 for few years for bipolar disorder. Recently i was given quetiapine as well because of depression and anxiety. After a month of that doctor asked me to quit it because i was having heart rate problems. It's been couple of days since quitting quetiapine and I'm feeling bit depressed. Would this go away in a few days?
