Regarding cardiac fear
My friend who was very fit and went for hikinh, gym etc passed away in oct due to cardiac arrest last oct. Since that episode i am always worried for my heart health. So many ecgs echo tmt are done. Even last week also. But since last week i am feeling skipped heartbeat and it frightens me to great extent. Today i went to vaishno devi, hiked for 13-14 kms with my 1 yr old son in lap and bag in back. Didn't feel any issue. But sometimes i feel imbalanced and feel that i will fall. Please guide me, i will sincerely thankful to you. Is it cardiac or something else
