Anxious feels and uneasiness in chest
Most of the time I feel anxious, I feel like my chest is heavy and I often feel unwell and nauseated. Occasionally trembling sensation in hands and fatigue . Often wakes up at night due to heavy and uneasy feeling in chest and restlessness, frequent headaches. I need to understand my problem and I am out of India so if medication is needed, can somebody suggest as per my country of residence?
