Is sleep issues common in Generalized anxiety disorder..How to overcome it. I am taking petril beta 10mg in night..It gives some 6 hours restless sleep..Give me some advice..

I am suffering from mental health after covidI don't know what is it. Doctor diagnosed anxiety but after many medicine situations stabilised but not cured please help
