Can I eat etilam pro 20 mg  and franxit tablet both at night time. It is safe for me. please suggest me

I am using inspiril 10mg tablets from 4 days , does it have any long term effects. The natural way was not improving my concentration,so as my degree final exams s going on I don't have any other way . Does it gives any long term effect .

Can i take INDERAL ( PROPRANOLOL ) 10 MG (Morning) for anxiety and MIRTAZEPHINE 7.5 MG (NIGHT) FOR depression and insomnia? is it ok to take? or any  CONTRA INDICATION or drug interaction is there between these two medicines INDERAL PROPRANOLOL and MIRTAZEPHINE TOGETHER... thank you"

Can i take nexito forte 10 mg tablet twice a day...one tablet at lunch and dinner...kindly reply. Now i am taking one tablet a day, but it is not sufficient.

Married to the person I loved 2 months back. Inter caste marriage. I have been treated by his family badly in the name of dowry. I got so much worried and raised my voice on this. Now, my husband and his mother saying I'm mentally ill and exaggerating  small things. They are making me to lose my control by comparing or ill-treating, and when I condemn this, easily saying that i have gone mad. Worried to tell this to my family since they warned me on this earlier. Feeling like detached from the world since no one is for me to support. I'm staying alone for work,  he is completely ok with not being together since his preference is not to take my responsibility. Struggled a lot and got married with him but the reality hits me hard. Feel like dying sometimes!
