My wife faces significant challenges in her job at the Gramin Bank of Haryana, where she works across multiple departments. She experiences stress from workload, conflicts with seniors, and perceptions of favoritism among colleagues. This stress often affects her emotionally, leading to tears and tension at home. Despite the difficulties, she fears retaliation if she raises concerns formally. Given her 8 work hours and 3-4 hours commute, I'm seeking advice if some of you can suggest on home remedies to help her relax after work. How more i can help like massage or what?
