Extreme depression, too much sleep, fatigue,no interest in life, anxiety, overthinking, mood swings, heavy brain

Yesterday I had dinner at 8pm And took melatonin 10mg and dayvigo 10mg at 10pm Since morning I have headache I want to know Is it because of melatonin and dayvigo took together? How to cure headache?

My husband is 32 years and has been dealing with anxiety disorder simce 6 years. Being a partner I really want to help him but I dont know how can i help him and make him feel better...What are the ways to help/calm people with anxiety disorder? He has been taking meds as well but I see no change....I dont even know where to see a psyhchiatrist or is there any other speacialist

What did she find so bad about me that she left without even talking to me. and she blocked me on her friendship list. Good day, Kindly note that I was taking Ventab dxt 25 mg for last 6 months .After I was feeling heavy head and fatigue ,the dosage was reduced to half and was taking half tablet since last 14 days .Then this monday since I started with medication for another issue,I stopped taking the half tablet also. Now I am facing a lot of fatigue and dizziness.Kindly advise .Thanks

My father had a cardiac arrest a month ago with no priop history of any cardiac or cholestrol issues. he had 2 stent for that and now he's on medication for the same he is diabetic too for past 8+ years. He's been tensed due to some family issues for few years. After the angio he lost weight skin in hand feets loosed. He's having some appetite issues he doesn't eat much and remains quite all day doesn't talk much in home keeps thinking all time. He's advised for Nexito 5 I want to know if it's safe in his present condition with CAD medicine and diabetes? Thanks in advance

My Doctor had prescribed me to Take - 1Ponol 10mg + 1 Calantin 40 mg tablet Twice a day , Along with 1 Amimets H Tab (at Night) ... I think i took my 2nd dose of (Ponol & Calantin) around 9 pm... But (due to some reason my Anxiety got triggered again) ...i also have Tuburcular Retinal Vasality, (my anxiety got triggered because of some overthinking i believe) ... Should i just take the Amimets H Tab & go to sleep ( or Take the Anxiety meds again - If by any chance my anxiety gets worse.. currenty am not feeling that anxious..

I'm currently on Toficalm ( Tofisopam ) 75 mg per day since 10 days for GAD recently I feel pounding sensation while I suddenly stand from laying or sitting for long what could be the issue? I did my ecg that was normal and ECHO done 1 year ago normal.
