Sleep problem
Hello doctor Yesterday i slept in evening from 3pm to 5.30pm after that whole night i was sleepless and didn't sleep only yesterday today also i tried sleeping but sleep is not there, please tell me what should i do.

Its normal. Fix your routine for sleep wake up time and avoide noon sleep if your tired or sleepy take nap for 15-20min.

It happens to many and is normal. Next time avoid noon naps. People with sleeping difficult at night should avoid noon naps.
