When dealing with feelings of doubt and consistent worry about your abilities, especially when it significantly impacts areas like academics, it is indeed wise to seek a professional evaluation. Consulting with a psychiatrist or clinical psychologist can help clarify whether these experiences are part of a mental health condition. These professionals can provide a detailed assessment of your symptoms and recommend appropriate remedies, which could include therapy, medication, or a combination of both, based on a comprehensive evaluation. This step is crucial in understanding your experiences and finding the right support to manage them effectively.
