Sometimes we all get thoughts like these. Daily sit outside in the park . Walk for 30-40 minutes. Downtime with your family. Whether we work at a farm or in tge Army or in a company , at the end do what you do and leave it after work. After work, switch off from work but do spend time with family, exercise. Avoid watching television or the mobile. They are a useless waste of time. Spending time in a hobby we enjoy like reading or music or gardening gives us peace of mind and we can return to work rejuvenated. Take occasional holidays to do what you enjoy- visit places of interest etc. Live each day one at a time without overthinking.
