I have been feeling low and depressed after my breakup, i am trying to focus on work but i am unable to do it , when ever i see or remember her i keep flowing in those thoughts and lose focus on work. I don't feel that i am happy. I feel as if my mental ability has decreased . i want to improve my self. Its been 2 months now.. And i have started going to the gym. I still cannot focus after that. I want peace. What do i do?
