Result is something which is unpredictable. So something which we cannot predict, is baseless to waste our time thinking about it. You must focus on doing better for your exams and ultimately if you do better, then result will be good. So do not worry, think positive and move on.

Hi this is a very natural phenomenon. Let's talk about a few things we can do to improve our current situation. First of all lets understand that exam is like any other life situation that comes your way, how you usually deal with your life situations is by going with the flow and doing your best in the situation you have right? So similarly in exams instead of focussing on the marks let's focus on giving our best, so do your best and go with the flow.
Secondly do not study on the bed because bed is a place where u are conditioned to sleep and it can affect your concentration so study on a table and chair.
Remember that your study table should be free of clutter , it should have a pen note book and one book you are studying from.
Thirdly, take optimum breaks while studying. As per studies human being's Average concentration span is 45 mins take a short 15 mins break following that wherein ( no TV no music no bed) just take a stroll go out of your study room and come back.
Avoid coffee, have fresh fruits and juices.
Vent out talk to someone if you feel stressed be it a counsellor or an adult you can trust.
Don't compare. Take it easy exam is just like any other life situation . Give it your best and don't worry about the results.
