Experiencing sleep issues can be distressing, and it's important to address the underlying causes, which could range from anxiety to depression. Before considering self-medication with drugs like clonazepam or zolpidem, which can have serious side effects and risks if not used correctly, it's essential to consult with a psychiatrist. They can provide a full evaluation and recommend appropriate and safe treatment options tailored to your specific needs.
