Is it good to take erectrum gold and vitonine tablets ? I wanted to know the side effects of these medicines

I am diagnosed with OCD and my doctor has prescribed me to take sertraline at morning after breakfast...i am an oversleeping patient and i asked him to reduce my drowsiness and sleepiness..is this the correct time.

I used to take 10 cap of Spasmo proxyvon from last 10 years but now from last 15 days I am taking 2 caps per day and not feeling any withdrawal but I need help from a Dr. Who has treated patients like me sorry to say I had visited many physctarist but they themselves don't know much about these drugs so they can't help.Please reach me if u have treated someone with substance abuse.I need help hopefully I find my saviour

Not sure whats happening. crying out of no where for no reason, feeling unmotivated and sometimes feels like doing everything but then getting overwhelmed and doing nothing.
