Bad health
I was under stress from long time...due to which i lost my sleep...unable to sleep at night or any time ..will i get my natural sleep with time..please suggest...i m only able to sleep by psyactrist medicine.

Yes u will be able to sleep normally if the stress has been resolved. Also try tapering the dosage of your medication after consulting your psychiatrist

Just to add , You are already under stress ,don't add one more stress /worry of whether in future you will ever be able to have sleep without medicines . Sleep cycle stabilization takes time, worrying about it will only delay it .

It takes time to stabilise sleep wake cycle If the issues / triggers are on going then you need to continue to meds prescribed by your treating psychiatrist and stop / taper it down only when prescribed by your doctor Also maintain sleep hygiene
