Hello,
I am feeling lot of stress and strain , due to lot of stress with my profession life i am unable to sleep well. I am facing disturb sleep ,some times poor quality of sleep. Due to less sleep next day i am feeling so tired and inactive.
Please suggest some non side effect and non habituated medication and course .

Hi mostly, it’s a cycle you know like your stress you don’t feel sleepy. You’re not sleepy. So the next day you’ll feel more stressed and then you will not feel all the more sleepy.
