Stress problem a lot
Hello I tell u my symptoms from starting 1 I am shy and feel nervous and stress before going anywhere and meeting with new person and I wish and want to visit many places but avoid due to nervousness and stress 2 I am normal in public parties, gathering and places and I don't smoke and don't drink 3 I feel stress in day to day life but don't feel frustrated, negative and overthinking daily,I will these problems when I am ill and I feel any problem due to anxiety and I will sad also 4 anxiety not triggered me daily and overcome on me but sometimes it hurts me 5 my sleep time is good, anxiety not affected my sleep time and I got panic attack 4 years before,now I don't have 6 I feel frustrated and stress when some people comes again and again to me and ask silly questions and unsual questions and disturb me again and again so I take counselling with psychologist yesterday and she said I will tell u how to overcome anxiety in next session ,tell me exact anxiety

I can understand whever u hve to meet new strangers sometimes you feel anxious , buy ok party you r relax as there will be a mo stress and intention is enjoyment, from overcome anxiety you should do JPMR exercise - see from YouTube , daily walking and small dose medicine

Its nice you have consulted psychologist and taking therapy. If after therapy session still have anxiety then you have to be reevaluated for your symptoms and need to consult psychiatrist
