Hi sir/mam Currently Im taking arip mt 5 and clonazapem 0.25. I don't know why I cant concentrate feels like idont remember what someone said in person or in video that im watching, basically long talks. only few things I understand. And in reading too I cant able to read long paragraphs feels like I forgot what I just read and feels like idont remember what happend today or yesterday. Im really frustrated with this

Hello doctor's, My 8th month baby girl got fever last 3 days and now fever cured but rashes started on face and neck..visited doctor..doctor told that she is having measles.. and given one lotion that's it..can I know the treatment and home remedies for speed recovery? Should I worry about her?

Hello Doctor, I need your  valuable support on this below topic.. I am in a phase of getting divorced and have girl child..I haven't talk with me for 3 years and so She is 9yrs old now.. My ex wife really restricted my child to see and talk with me from all the sources and made very bad  impression about me and deeply rooted her with negative comments about me about the past..even my child feels the same ..avoids my eye contacts too.. Am hoping to see my child soon after divorce.. My question how should I approach my child when I am meeting after almost 3 years now.. I don't know what to talk and how to pacify her.. Moreover the child really under bad impression about me..which rooted by my ex and  her parents... Your support is priceless to lead healthy and strong emotional life  with my Kid..

I have been on olazapine for few years for bipolar disorder. I have imsomnia anxiety and tension headaches. I am going to talk to my psychiatrist if I can take gabapentin. Can I develop tolerance of gabapentin for sleep in few months?

Dear Doctor, Good Afternoon I have been suffering occasional anxiety issues from the past few years. But it has been agrevated alot in the past few months. I have sometime high heart rate when i am tensed or anxious. But one thing i have noticed more is that, whenever i visit a hospital for a regular checkup, i get nervous and when the nurse check bp using the machine, i am more getting more nervous and always thinks about that my bp will be high and what will i do if my bp rises and all. In the last few months i have visited 3 time in hospital bp reading were 140/80, 150/100, 150/90. But while i reach home i feel relaxed and no anxiousness. As per the blood pressure range, my bp seems to be on a higher range. I have never faced any heart problem like chest pain,discomfortness or nor breathing issue. Am i in need of bp medicines or it is a psychological problem that require psychiatry treatement?. Please help me.

I suffer from Depression and Anxiety. My psychiatrist suggested Electro Convulsive therapy ( ECT). I have taken 6 sessions of ECT so far. 3 sessions in a span of 10 days. And after a couple of months, 3 sessions in a span of 2 months. I feel that I became forgetful and I'm not able to analyze anything properly. Do ECT sessions affect the intellectual abilities of a person? If yes then how can I remedy my situation?

As per neurologist the doctor suggested I am taking etilaam .25 mg and ciplar la 20 mg in morning this is good for my anxiety

After expired of my sister my mother has lost her scence in one month lost and she is not well now , I am not understanding where I contact and which medical department. Please help and suggest urgently. Thanks !

First was on zosert .25 then .50 and now doctor changed to mirtaz 7.5 feeling some dizziness should i visit doctor is this Dizzines happen i didnt feel it when it was  .50 dosage on old medicine .i have improved when i  should stop medicine.thank you
