Hi doctor I have anxiety from last 2 years..sometimes I feel pulsations in neck and I feel my heartbeat in neck.what is the reason? Pls let me know

My mother had mental illness paranoid. she is fine as mental health. before medicine her weight was 62 kg after 3 months it is 68 kg. thats why she refused to take medicine. please explain what should we do?

I've been on olazapine for few years for bipolar disorder. I have been having sleep problems for one year and tried melatonin and trazodone with no good results. I have anxiety and tension headaches too. Should I talk to my doctor for gabapentin for sleep?

I am 26 years old and been suffering from severe social anxiety disorder for a very long time. Now I don't want to live like this anymore. I tried to overcame it for so long but i am always hopeless. I want to go to a doctor but i am too anxious to meet one. Also I am uncomfortable consulting one online. I feel like no one can help me. I am just wasting my life even though I want to live a productive life. What should I do i am feeling very helpless and worthless.

While I am trying to sleep I am unable to do so. I think that I am going breathless and got awake within few seconds and sleep gets disturb. I was on medication for anxiety two times but it gives me relief for sometime and when I stop medicine after few days again same problem of sleep and weird feeling comes back. Is it neurological or what. Should I go from brain scan or MRI .Please someone help

He had a problem with his immediate supervisor in his earlier job, subsequently he had changed job, but he felt that the earlier superior was evil and disturbs his mind and used to slap his head with his hands and used to shout 'get out of my life, why're you guys ruining my life' etc. He felt that there is a technology either which someone can mess up with his mind. Due to this he had left the well paying another job well. He really loved the new job and tge company. Now that he has come down to India after qutting we had consulted two psychiatrists, after a month of sitting at home. Firstly, he refuses to divulge all this information to the doctor and tells the doctors that he has 'ADHD'. Though he shared it with us (parents) he totally denies that. Though we narrated our side, the psychiatrist has prescribed Tricita (10+0.5mg), half a tablet daily and Amazeo 50mg twice a day. He doesn't move out of the house, mostly he closes the door stay indoors in his room. what to do?

Hello I am suffering from various physical symptoms like headaches, dizziness, blurry vision, chest pain , breathing problems chest heaviness, palpitations, racing heart , stomach pain , vomiting sensation, gases , burping, stool , laziness, weakness, feverish felling, tremors, But all my medical investigations are normal, I have done blood test , CBC, lipid profile, thyroid, Sugar , lft ,Rft , Ana , Hiv , hbsag, HCV , MRI Brain , HRCT Chest , Lung function test, Echo heart , Ct coronary calcium score, TMT , USG abdomen, Upper gastro endoscopy, Colonoscopy, Cartoid Doppler, Femoral Doppler, lower limb Doppler and every reports do not reveal any abnormalities , But I Am suffering badly , Psychiatry medicines are not working

Does sleep dose of trazodone has tolerance issues? Two weeks into taking 12.5 i am not able to sleep anymore. It worked for first 10 days but not working now
