I've been in a relationship with a guy since 2014. Many times he became so abusive to me and has controlled me. Every step of my life has been controlled by him, like my career, my friends circle, people to whom I have to talk, where I have to go etc. Everything was going with his desire. Many times I tried to break-up but We have been in physical relationships also and that is why I felt it was too hard to get out of him. But two months ago I found that he's been cheating on me for 5 years and in that anger I lost my self control and went to his house and told everything to his parents. But again he came to apologize to me and again I started talking to him. But again and again I was informed by some people that he has been in touch with that other girl also. I again tried to break-up but he again held me by apologizing to me. I am afraid of my parents also how they'll react once they know this. What should I do in this scenario??

I have adhd I met psychiatrist Once I took adhd medicine then it worked one year back I took once only Then I didn't need medicine just checking improved focus Now it's not working Now I am taking inspiral Is it possible that when medicine worked that was Addwize And now I am taking inspiral that's why not working And for some patient Addwize will work and for some inspiral will work? I tried inspiral 10mg and 20 mg not working But both are methylphenidate

I have been crying in my sleep for the past 2 weeks.  I wake up suddenly in the middle of the night and find my cheeks wet with tears... I wake up many times in the middle of the night.  Is it normal to always cry like this in dreams?

Please answer Do brand also matter between addwize and inspiral Or brand doesn't matter for methylphenidate Doctor prescribed methylphenidate First time medicine worked next time not working Is there something else or because of brand not working medicine?

I am diagnosed with ocd and my doctor has prescribed 100 mg sertraline , 1 tablet a day...he had prescribed me to take in the breakfast...but felt very drowsy and uncomfortable, also suffered from acidity..finally, with consulting him, i changed my medicine timing to night..but after a week, i am unable to sleep at night...it keeps me awake at night, and feel very restless and sleepless throughout the day...i m confused, which timing will be suitable for me at this dose...kindly suggest.

Hello Doctors, I am currently on Nexito 10 mg after 2-3 months my course will be completed right now i am unable to sleep on time i sleep at 4 am and then i wake up at 1 pm altough i am completeing 8-9 hours of sleep but its impacting my life and most importantly some days i don't sleep through out the nigth then i sleep in morning how to treat this pls help. I have already lost lots of time using methylphenidate but it didn't help me My problem is attention deficit and insomnia I am already jobless Just please let me know atomoxetine works for everyone or like methylphenidate it doesn't work for some people in attention deficit? Because I already lost lots of time waiting for medicine I know it's not as effective as methylphenidate but it's effective for everyone adhd patient?
