I have some instances where I lose my temper instantly all of a sudden. Main instance is there's a person who holds an important place in my.life. But whenever I see him, I start drifting away from my real character. I get aggressive and things go out of my control even what I speak. I start to become somebody else. This happens whenever I happen to feel that person's presence in any way, be it chat or video call. I instantly feel upset and irritated out of the blues which is becoming toxic to myself. Need a help here.

My doctor prescribed etizolam 0.5 in night along with other medicines for my Generalized anxiety disorder...I am getting sleep for 6 hours only..i go to bed on 10.00PM and wake up at 4.00 AM..What shall i do?

I'm on olazapine and librium for bipolar disorder. I have cough and thinking of taking benedryl for cough and sleep. Does benedryl have wrong interactions with these medicines?

I am 23year old girl i am have boyfriend and i am so serious about my relationship even and but since last 4-5 months we have alot fights and he told me it was my mistake because i never say anything after an fight what i feel care love. Dont know why but he is not expressing and showing me love and its hurting me and then i start thinking why am i doing so much or am i the wrong person for him sometimes feel i have to kill myself n he is suffering from his anxiety... know i am becoming zero expressive person and it's affecting in me and my relationship he shout on me sometimes more then this and sometimes i will this relationship is working on his convenience i am nobody i cant even express what i will and i care for him Need some this work this relationship Help me out

I have been suffering from anxiety disorder for the last 6-7 years.. I consult many psychiatrist? They gave me many medicines . Now I am having severe anxiety attacks. I am not able to go anywhere and have stopped meeting even my friends. There is no psychologist near my house,. Now I can't even travel. How effective will it be to do online counselling? Which therapy would be best? What should I do now?
