Relationship issue.
I have been in a relationship for 10 years. 4 months ago I found that my partner has cheated on me from the last 3-4 years. He apologized for this to me and wants to continue with me. I am still with him but not able to forget what he does to me. These things are bothering me that he has lied to me many times and cheated on me. Since he is behaving nice to me right now but still I am not able to forget anything and it gives me anxiety and stress on a daily basis. I am not able to leave him also because whenever I try to do this I get panic attacks and cry all the time. This also causes toxicity in my relationship. How can I forget everything that my partner does to me to continue a healthy relationship with him??

Go for counselling. Once a person cheats Hugh likelihood he will cheat again. See if this is worth it.

It’s not easy to forget something that has happened. Wish there was an easy way out. Time is the only healer. However you can talk to a psychologist if that makes you feel better
