Hello, I think I am suffering from social anxiety . For example if I have to give a presentation at office , I will lose my focus and concentration , my mind will go blank , the heart beat will rise faster , and the hands will start shaking, i will totally feel lost. I want to know if there is any quick relief medicine for these symptoms. Reason being I don't come across these kind of situations on a daily basis, maybe once in 6 months or a year hence I don't want to take medicine daily

Can i cut my qpen 25 mg tablet into 2 equal halves...because the entire tablet is too high in dose for me...it is causing excessive sleepiness..so sleepy that i can't even brush or bath properly...forget about other work...nothing is written in the packet or strip regarding splitting, crushing or anything...kindly reply.

Hello..i am facing severe pain in occipatal region of my head taking medication also diagnosed cervical But now from last one week i am facing sleeping disorder like I can't sleep at night at all and most of the time i feel anxious , lazy It is becoming a problem for me like whole night i am awake and will feel sleepy around 7-8 in morning which is disturbing my schedule a lot...and whole night i avoid using phone but if not using i wll overthink things feel more anxious and will get panic so to distract myself i use phn ..but can't sleep Hoping you can help me with some remedy which can help me to solve my pain problem in head and this sleeping disorder

In short, i have suffered from anxiety since 15 yrs. I have tried several SSRI, it helps, but every time i sleep , i wake up with heart racing , benzodiazepines do not help. Is it possible to take Inderal 40mg at night?

My doctor suggested to take Vertioxetine 5 mg with Desvenlafaxine 50 mg. Is it ok to take both at night? Will it have any serious side effect as a result of drug interaction?

My psychiatrist told me not give pain in my head.My pain feels like rigid and tightness . I am ocd patient with pain and perceptual disturbances. I am on currently Fluvator 100(2-0-2) Arip mt 5(0-0-1) At 600mg of Fluvoxamine I noticed my pain and perceptual disturbances were almost gone like reduction by 90% But doctor scolded me for doing such experiment.
