It sure is very effective and about Eye advices along with the medication. Specially when you’re tapering it, you should take therapy so you know how to deal with the anxiety, even if it is minimal so that no such episodes occur in the future and you are well equipped with techniques to deal with your anxiety and know your thoughts and be aware of your thoughts and how to correct them if they are negative, so you can consult for a session for same. All the best.

It depends on how much you have improved. Consult your treating Psychiatrist for assessment before withdrawing Sertraline. It needs to be tapered down before stopping.
