Which is the best medicine for Health Anxiety Disorder and Genralised Anxiety Disorder
associated with constipation and not a regualr bowel movement because of these Anti - Depressants. Took SSRI like Escitaloporam 10 and Vilazodone for 12 years. Paroxetene, Desvenlafaxine, Vortioxetine, even Sertraline caused constipation. Please suggest any1.

Better go for buspirone which specifically indicated in GAD, doesn't cause constipation usually.
Mirtazapine tends to improve bowel motility
Agomelatine good for anxiety and sleep regulation minimal GI side effects
CBT, Mind gut therapy and lifestyle changes help you in this regards if you reach mental health professional

Hii..
Ssri and TCA can cause constipation..
As you are taking medication for GAD there is a need for evaluation and can start on therapy by slowly tapering off the medication which can free you from anxiety.
Otherwise there are newer generation antidepressants which have less GI side effects which can be tried..
Or you can try only benzodiazepines sos basis for anxiety symptoms and taper off the antidepressants
