Sertraline and when to take it
On sertraline for 6 weeks now, 50mg to start and then 100mg. take them at night, am I "sleeping" through the best time it works and benefit from it less during the day? Can I swap to taking it in the morning and feel better than I do or not or does it even matter? (I have insomnia pre starting meds and it continues and take diazapam and hypnosis.

You should take sertraline during morning only if your sleep is disturbed. You need to take another sleeping pill other than diazepam at night.
