Switching Antidepressant
Currently I am on Escitalopram 10, Clonazepam. 5, mirtazapine 15 since 12 days. I feel all day dizziness and too much dream at night. I want to switch sertraline 50, dosulepin 50 and clonafit .25 to avoid this dizziness and constipation. May I direct swith these medicines. Please suggest.

No. Direct switch should not be done. There is method of switching. And every medicine has their side effects. You must consult a psychiatrist and while switching you have to take frequent consultations.
