Do ECT or any other help in anxiety and depression? Kindly guide me. These anti depressants are not working for me.. What should be my next stop?

I want to know using melatonin supplement for long time like for one month or two months develop tolerance like clonazepam? ?

8 months before doctor recommended me fluextine 20 mg. I am okay now but not able to leave the medicine. Doctor told me to leave it now. If I leave the medicine for 10 days, I get panic attacks. Can I continue it for lifelong. Can I take it occasionally .

My mother had attempted suicide on 04/02/24.She had got stroke on that night. We admited her she went into coma. She was discharged from hospital on 13/02/24.Ct scan showed mild stroke.She had depression and insomnia before that incident. She was already taking Ativan 1mg Rivotril 0.5mg Sensival 25mg Sizodon 1mg Now she is having insomnia and she is very much depressed. She is not interested in anything just want to end her life. Please guide me on what to do in this situation
