Morning depression
How to deal with mornings depression and fatigue. Being on 150mg of sertraline and .25mg of clonazepam. Not able to get up and do the daily task, always cramping stomach.

These are symptoms of Depression that are yet  to be improved. If you have recently started treatment then need to wait for at least 4-8 weeks for complete response , should improve by then. If not then will require optimisation of treatment.
