Hello, While some symptoms mentioned in the image provided could be of depression, overall the picture that I am getting seems to be more troubling than that. The description provides an image of someone who is so focused on perfection(maybe because of parental pressure), that they have become self critical and judgmental. Any deviation from the unrealistic benchmark set by themselves leads to lot of anxiety and panic attack like situation. Forgetfulness can be attributed to the ongoing stress, as when you have so much on your mind, it might be difficult to be present in the present moment and register your surroundings.
