Crying is a way of letting out your emotions. It will be better to seek help from psychiatrist. You can choose to go for psychotherapy. Suppressing those emotions wont help you longer rather seek help and deal rightly.

Crying in itself is not a bad thing and can rather be cathartic. However it can sometimes be linked with an illness such as depression. If someone has depression, it should be treated as soon as possible, especially due to risk of deterioration in the same . Treatment options may include therapy, and does not necessarily have to include psychotropics such as antidepressants.
