Hello I am unsure if you have sought guidance form your treating Psychiatrist. It's highly recommended that you do. As the medications which have been prescribed would have been for a situation back then and things can change so does your symptoms.. You may need a mood stabilizer going by the history you have provided and relook Into your diagnosis itself is warranted. Of course it's very preliminary suggestions and use caution with this
Next Steps
Please discuss with your treating Psychiatrist
