Can't stop shaking my leg while studying
I am worried why does that happen, I already consulted a psychiatrist and was prescribed sertraline, but I'm already on paroxetine for 1.5 yr and it doesn't help. I also start pace to around my room if I get overwhelmed or feel like my brain is full. It hampers my study and concentration, what could be the reason I feel this way, it's been a chronic problem. Thank you

Anxiety can manifest itself by symptoms in the body such as pounding of heart and/or heavy breathing. Starting to pace around the room also indicates high anxiety and constant need to vent it by moving around.
Next Steps
Medications and therapy, either separately or given together, can help with easing anxiety.
