I am having anxiety for a very long time . I got married and now it has increased my anxiety level as my in laws and husband both lack emotional intelligence. Due to this I m not getting my periods regularly I m tensed every time. I always have anger issues. What should I do ??

And there is anxiety issue. I used to feel urge of peeing when in excitement. As I grew up my problems multiplied. I have done usg, ct scan, mri and a lot of blood work. Nothing found out. For the past few years I am facing issues with sleeping.  When ever I try to sleep I feel certain sensation of peeing. Everytime I rush to bathroom little amount of urine comes out. So I can't really fall asleep. This is making me sick every passing day. I did have depression, panic attack during covid days. I have seen a lot of doctors from neurologist, general physical, homeopath. I am really tired of all these. Please help me out Simultaneously I had problem of digestive issues, gas, bloating, loose motion. I had done usg (kub), and every possible blood tests. Every report came normal. This is a recurring issue. I was diagnosed with IBS. IT gets fine when I start medication. When I stop them after a certain period of time it come back again. Last four and half months have been worse.

Stomach induce anxiety,fear of death , breathless ness streching sensation in stomach bloating and discomfort in stomach

My doctor made diagnosis of OCD. currently I am on Fluvoxamine 50 mg 1-0-1 and clomipramine 25mg 0-0-1. I want to tapper off only Fluvoxamine 50mg.Beacause first thing fluvoxamine is expensive and second is that fluvoxamine stops me to visualise any thing like equations in my textbooks.Means when my classmates learn formula in mathematics very easily I also remember formulas very easily before I was ill.But after taking fluvoxamine I feel that this medicine does not allow me to visualise simple eqns like (a+b) whole cube. Whenever I recall formulas and diagram of electronic circuit then I think due to fluvoxamine I never can learn or find hard to memorize and recall circuit diagrams.So I want to take only clomipramine 25mg and I want to tapper off fluvoxamine 50 mg...So what are the doses of tapering off fluvoxamine?

It's been 7 days since doc has increased my Zoloft dose to 150 mg per day , when will I get used to this dose ? I keep on feeling anxious and scared.

I am suffering from depression and headache and also I am unable to concentrate on study and my school performance is also very low

I have been prescribed with these medicines for anxiety and panic disorder..please advice if they are safe for long time..i m 36 yrsrs old..

How can I sleep, I sleep very less and sometimes don't sleep at all It's not like I have any tension or anything like that I just keep thinking about anything, one thing after another At least tell me what kind of doctor is sleep doctor I tried to search here but could not understand which category to select

Hello dear psychiatrists, I am a type-1 Diabetic and wanted help regarding a small query that- i have stopped medicines which I was Prescribed (Escnx plus-10mg, Zapis 0.25 and tancodep 2 mg) by my in person psychiatrist. I left taking consultations for Anxiety attacks  after 3 months of taking medicines from the psychiatrist because she was not really understanding, so I decided taking therapy sessions but left that as well later. Since 3-4 days I have left taking the medicines so my question is what are the possible side effects I may experience or will I face any side effects. The psychiatrist diagnosed Mixed anxiety depression in me but I am not sure if this is what I am experiencing right now. I really appreciate you for answering my question Thank you.
