I am worried why does that happen, I already consulted a psychiatrist and was prescribed sertraline, but I'm already on paroxetine for 1.5 yr and it doesn't help. I also start pace to around my room if I get overwhelmed or feel like my brain is full. It hampers my study and concentration, what could be the reason I feel this way, it's been a chronic problem. I want to ask I have been taking etizolam tablet for panic and anxiety but I feel it has started to effect me adversely ....I have sleep disturbance and more anxiety I tried leaving it .....I am taking it in gap of two days now but I feel disgusting what is the right way to leave etizolam tablet without side effect .... it's been 2 months or more I have been taking it advised by the doctor

My concentration power,grasping power is very low.confidence level is also very low.How to improve this .

I have ganaral Anxiety and Social Anxiety very long back, when I am 7/8 years old. Now I am 35 years old, I am feeling nervous when taking to someone, also feeling kind of fear what people say, also feeling embarassing when taking, I have no confidence, can't joing social gatherings or family function, my heartbeats are increasing when taking to someone or when pick up a call.

Hi team, I'm taking enchorate chrono 400 MG . Risdone 2 MG and recita 10 MG for clinical depression. Should I take lithium instead of enchorate chrono for depression or enchorate is gud. I will consult if I get honest answers.

I always concentrate on the back right side of the head (above neck, side of right ear). Whenever I concentrate, i feel like i m falling down. This is happening whn these above mentioned thoughts are coming. This is affecting my day to day life.

My boss is staring me at my work place, he is a shy type of man. He is married but still he is starring at me. When ever he finds a way he stares at me. Last two days before, we had a event at our workplace, we were late in that. On next day he asks me, when you were reached home at night. Even though one day he tries to touch me when he was taking my phone for some work. I am confused what it is. He stares at me when we are in a crowd. Always smiling when he sees me. Even when he is on round of workplace he come to me to know what I am doing ? Maybe he is looking at me respectfully. But these all things come into my mind everytime. What to do? How to be out of this all? I know he Even don't think about me but still I am thinking about him. His acts make me confused and irritated sometimes and all these things roaming in my mind all day. One day he comes to me and stand infront of me and constantly starring at me infront of everybody. What is this? I want an answer.

Hi, I am feeling a lot sad, upset, numb or empty. I am in a relationship but that also feels empty not happiness. I am living with my family and I still feel lonely. I sometimes feel over excited like a lot and that same day or in a few mins I feel a lot tired and just want to sleep. I feel like crying just sitting and working and sometimes I feel like laughing out loud. I am having suicidal thoughts also but I control them as few years back I tried attempting and was afraid also. I keep my thoughts in check but still not able to figure out how I can sort things? I don't know what I have and why I am feeling this, sometimes I feel I am only pretending to do this and making trouble for everyone around me. I feel anxiety, restlessness and numbness. Please help me with this to figure out exactly what is happening? I am not able to sort my thoughts also. I don't even know what I want to say or think now.

How to deal with mornings depression and fatigue. Being on 150mg of sertraline and .25mg of clonazepam. Not able to get up and do the daily task, always cramping stomach.
