Is sertraline 50 is safe to take 1 year continuously and how to stop it after feeling improvement in symptoms..and what to do for withdrawal symptoms

I regular visit to doctor for some problem but all test shows normal. Psychitrist have recommended zaptra 12.5 . I don't want to take medicine. Can TMS therapy cure my anxiety?

Hello Doctor, I'm an 18-year-old female with type-1 diabetes and insulin dependence. I've been under psychiatric treatment for about five weeks, taking 10mg of escnx medication. However, I've been feeling uncertain about the effectiveness of my current dosage. Lately, my daily routine has been disrupted, and I often find myself wide awake at 3 am, unable to sleep due to racing thoughts and anxiety. Despite taking my medication by 10:30 pm, I still struggle to fall asleep. Since this morning, I've been experiencing headaches and feelings of restlessness. I try to distract myself by engaging in activities on my phone, but these episodes only last for a few minutes before I become restless again. I've also been experiencing nausea and headaches in the evening, which makes it difficult for me to relax. Watching movies or doing other activities hasn't helped me shake off this feeling of unease. As a result, I'm struggling to cope with my emotion and feel like crying for no reason. plz help.
