Hi, I am having anxiety since 1 and half year. It got much reduced. I am taking elesert 12.5mg daily one tablet in night. Since sunday, i am not taking as my medicine got over and i need to purchase it. Because of some work i couldnt purchase. I am feeling mild anxiety now like my mind is not relaxed. Is it ok to stop or should i continue. Is this medicine is hard dose? Please help.

From few months or 2-3 years , I can't sleep before 4-5 Am no matter I try , But I want to get to sleep early or change this current habit , Also recently I saw about sleeping gummies that it is not habit forming like sleeping pills , So Should I take these melatonin gummies for my problem? Are there any side effects ? If no , which brand and how much mg you recommend

Is there any drug interactions between prochlorperazine and Clonazepam + Escitalopram Oxalate? Can I take prochlorperazine for  dizziness after nexito forte?

Some Symptoms : Discomfort if someone staring me constantly, facing difficulty doing activities and weird behaviour, going public places meeting new people, attending social gatherings, feeling anxious about judging others, and scrutinising me. Difficulty in eye contact, got blank interacting people. Environment: I rarely go outside of my house, neighbourhoods of my house fears me, in a way that my weaknesses will expose to peoples, and i will do some mistakes or embarrass myself in front of everybody. i don’t want to be an centre point of attraction anywhere. Around my neighbourhood i don’t talk anyone, i just have school buddies for the sake of friends, which is also not close friends, i don’t feel really anxious with them but i didn’t share anything about me with them and they don’t know actual me, they just don’t know anything about me.

My girlfriend is cheating on me and I found that and I started feeling anxious and I am not feeling hungry and I accepted the situation and moved on how to get my hunger back I am still not feeling hungry

I am suffering from severe heart Anxiety for 8-10 months, think that every day and every second is last. Don't know will wake up tomorrow or not, sometimes fear to sleep. Ecg echo tmt done many times and are said to be normal. Now a day since 1 week i am getting skipped beats off and on. I am not able to rule out whether i am having any cardiac iussue or its just Anxiety. Beacuse if it is Anxiety than skipped beats should happen only when i am worried, they even come when i am calm and busy doing other work. What to do. Please help Ecg normal Echo normal Tmt Negative and mets was 13.5 all test done in april.

My thoughts are transmitted is my feelings that so I can't speak to my neighbours i speak with my parents only because I believe my parents only then my mind is not steady and memory loss  just i closed my eyes then in my bed I am not sleeping in my mind lots of previous problem will be moved as cinema in my mind several times my back head is pain this my problem one doubt thoughts can be transmitted are not please explain it I know this is schizophrenia or bipolar disorder if I went out side i scarred to much i don't why i scarred and sweating is too much

Now a days i feel very low. Dont like going anywhere or talking to anyone, feel like crying without any reason everytime. Getting angry over small issues, not able to control my anger, nothing is making me feel happy. Talking rudely to everyone

My husband is a mumma's boy... He is not giving me time, not understanding my emotions and problems even while he is waiting that they are  behaving inappropriately with me... Now how I can bring intimacy and connection in our relationship... Even he is very adamant... So I have to work on our relationship... I can't convince him for a counseling... Please help me by giving some tips and tricks.
