Since the last 4-5 months, I have been feeling that I have some issues.
I always keep washing my home thrice and twice daily and wash clean cloth too twice or thrice.
Then also I do not get satisfaction that my clothes and my home are totally clean.
It takes 5-6 hours daily.
Pls assist me.

Dysthymia disorder since childhood
Currently I am taking fluoexetine 10mg twice(morning and evening), amitriptyline 25mg +chlordizepoxide 10mg since 24days. I want to tapper amitriptyline and chlordizepoxide and add sertraline 50mg. What will be better either increase fluoexetine or add sertraline.
