Anger issues, get emotional
Good evening sir Or Ma'am Since childhood I'm emotional person, but last 2 yrs I have anger issues. I get anxious if something triggers me, I end calling that person 30-40 times. I slapped my twice when I get angry throw things, I try to control the my mood but can't control it. I get negative thoughts like if my parents or my frnd if they go somewhere like for some trip or something I keep on getting negative thoughts like what if they meet with an accident what if they die, I couldn't control those thoughts. I keep on crying for some minor inconvenience. My symptoms got worse since last 2 yrs

Overthinking is causing all the problems for you. So think consciously and cautiously Anger would be controlled most of time if you give few seconds of pause before you react during which time you should think and analyse. You should take counselling from a therapist

I understand from your message, that you might be an overthinker.. which put you under stress lots of times, which might come out as emotional outbursts, crying, anger out episodes and all.. Your nature can be over sensitive making you get hurt a lot.. And the big problem is you don’t know how to handle this.. it’s common in your age to occur..
