Anger problem
Hi. Iam facing anger problem whenever there will be a messy situation i used to anger alot and after some time the anger goes down then i realize the anger was not necessary at that point ... how can i avoid this please suggest

Hi there I understand your concern and anxiety...Consult nearest psychiatrist as you require detailed counseling session and you may require medications....With that fallow relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation,avoid alcohol, smoking, coffee, tea...have good sleep and develop healthy food habits..good luck.

its not only for you ,but every one in teenage will have the same attitude.even i did lot of mistakes in anger.just premeditate that you did certain harmful things and analyze the consequences of it .when you are really in that situation the consequences of anger which you analyzed already will flash in your brain. if you cant control your anger avoid the situation or ran out of that place immediately.always practice this often.best of luck
