Does a pschychiatrist take pschychiatric medication if he becomes mentally upset (mild depression/anxiety) or it is only applicable for general people?

I have a little anxiety issue. Past few days I am facing trouble in sleeping. It will happen in initial hours of my sleep when I am dozzing off somthing wakes me up. And i will feel very uncomfortable 😖 sometimes dizzy. Somthing pounding chest. This is scary. I don't know if it's breathing related issues or i have sleep apnea. Can somebody help me with this?

Do pschychiatric medications disorganize  your neural connection and makes mood changes and emotional problems and make emotionally dumb and like robot?

Whenever I take any antidepressants like trycylic, snri, ssri I feel pain in my legs. I have been taking these medicines since 2017. currently only taking tryptomer 10mg for morning vomiting, ibs diarrhea and sleep.

Can I do 14 hour  fasting between my dinner and breakfast ( 7.00PM-9.00AM) while taking antidepressants at night alternative days

I've been having anxiety since one year. I've been taking meds for months now almost a year. And there is no reason for me being anxious , could it be gad (generalised anxiety disorder) or due to genes?

Feeling worried sad depressed from few months.. due to past relationship trauma.. now i am not able to be in any relationship... there is a boy .. he likes me but one year ago i told him to wait for me . But now i have feeling for another boy and i am feeling guilty for the boy who i told to wait.
