I am 28 years. I want to start my treatment again.. I am attaching my last prescription. I feel helpless and depressed Even I do t know the reason. I sleep 10-15 hour and still feel tired. Can't focus on anything.. Some times eat too much.. Any one who can online??

Hello i asked a question earlier about quitting zolpidem but i have been getting contrasting answers. My psychiatrist said that the drug does not lead to dependence as my dose is low(5mg). I have taken zolpidem for 46 days where only 28 days i have taken full dose. Since last week i have had to take full dose because i don't fall asleep with 2.5mg. So i take 2.5 mg at 4 am which causes drowsiness next day. Yesterday i took 2.5mg and fell asleep. Do i really need to taper this drug over long period?.

I've been taking Clonazepam at a relatively high dosage of 1mg for the last 2 years and am physically dependent on it. Now knowing its side effects and about withdrawal, I want to get off it. I don't want any neurological or physical deficits. So, guide me how to wean off this benzodiazepine.

I am really scared of vehicles accidents. I have stopped using two wheelers and am using public transport. I too have a fear of death, sometimes the fear is too much that I cancel outing plans. Is there any treatment available? I am on alprazolam 0.25 at night since 3 months but no effect. It only helps me to sleep. I don't have any past incident of accidents or injury, but this fear has since the last 3-4 months. Please suggest

Every night when I try to sleep I am afraid of dark and fear about ghosts. I never had any previous bad experiences or nightmares but still such problem happens. Also I am unable to sleep under light , but darkness too creates problems for me. I am really worried what to do and why I am feeling so.

Hello I am suffering from lack of motivation or lack of desire to any work...I completed my engineering long back..but because of this illness I am not able to do any job...whole day I sit at home doing nothing...previously I was suffering from severe depression..but with medication now it is cured ...but lack of desire to work..is real problem ..no doctor told correctly about this issue...after this... on Internet I found that this situation is called avolition.. .so my question that is avolition can cured ..even partially??????? And we consult many doctors ..but they only prescribe anti depressition and mood stablizers..
