Iam on my treatment but why Dr. Prescribed me serta 100 + venla XR 75. Though I am quite depressive cry in morning.

I m onmedication from around 2 months, post meeting a psychatrist since i want to move outfrom present state of depression. Doctor suggested below: First 14 days - nexito 10 mg at night + clonotril .25 Nexito to be taken half initial 4 days and than full. Next 14 days: Nexito 10 mg at night + clonotril .25 Added new Vortidif 10 in morning since i was facing eriction delay due to nexito. Next 14 days Vortidif 10+ nexito 10 in morning + evening and in case of anxiety clonotril .25 to be taken in. Would like to know if above medication is on right track and both medicine are prescribed simultaneously or i need to taken second opinion. I have noticed slight change in mood and m not getting very anxious now.

People, generally my parents and sometimes my sister and friends, tend to complain that 1)I react in a disinterested and irritable manner when people make general talks like about people whom we know commonly, saving money, how to enjoy life, something that people come across in reels etc. 2)  I show complete disinterest when people want me to go out with them, especially when my mother complains that I don't take her to the places she likes, unlike my sister 3) they don't call me in emergency situations, because they know that I won't pick up the call or speak irritated. 4) I either sleep all the time or I get lost in my phone scrolling through things 5) I am not interested to explore new food items and thus they can't take me out 6) I don't behave like a  normal person of my age ever and I laugh whole heartedly only once in a while 7)  I don't respond in group chats and just send name sake messages when people individually message me as well. Should see a psychologist/iatrist ?

20M I have no issues of anxiety or such but from last 2 weeks I'm not getting sleep at night instead I feel sleepy during the day time . My sleep schedule has completely changed I'm sleeping in afternoon instead of night. I tried to sleep at night but there's sleeplessness. I do not consume coffee still this issue is there Pls suggest appropriate solution

I HV been taking this medicines for Anxiety and depression, however I HV been feeling good these days , I could not consult my Previous Docter as I got Transferred to New palce . I want to reduce these medicines gradually as My docter also said So ,but Now I can't Contact Him I want Ur Suggestion pls

My doc prescribed me sertraline 50 morning and night causing me anxiety I'm taking it since 8 days and tension also Should i do now stop it or continue

I want to cry so hard and just run away somewhere where no one can find me. I feel like I have lost someone a long ago who is everything to me. I don't know who it was I don't know why I feel like this what I know is that this person who I feel about like that that person I feel this thing about is so much to me.  I just want to move on from it but I am not able to do it.

Please suggest me if there is any relaxation technique or breathing exercise or meditation which replaces the sleep

Is doing Jacobson progressive muscle relaxation technique for one time will replace 2 hours of sleep

Does clonazepam cause weight as a side effects? I easily gain weight in fat which indirectly increases my blood pressure
