When i sit on office chair in incline position, suddenly i feel my  heart pounding for 2 sec and that has triggered my panic, acidic kind pain in middle of chest and burping. from that time, i have heavily feeling in chest, palpitations mostly when i lye on back, burning pain. I had same king of symptoms one year back, my doctor said it is GAD, and prescribed propranolol, after using for several days, i felt normal. Kindly suggest should i take same medicine or any evaluation is required.

Can Depran L be stopped as it makes me sweat and body cold ... been taking it for 30 days... but now having scary side effects

I have never faced any issue in train travel. But since there were couple of big train accident on last year, from that day I am getting fear to travel in train. And that fear is not coming for me, it is coming for my small kid. For my small kid (3 years), I am getting panic and fear to travel in train. I know train journey is safest as compare to other mode, but still I am getting very worried. I am feeling comfortable to travel in flight only. But it is always not easy to travel by flight considering flat ticket price. Please suggest what should I do? Shall i travel in train? Or considering my situation it is advisable to travel in flight? Kindly help in suggesting. Thanks.

My brother recently started therapy for feeling anxiety and overthinking for very long time. His symptoms - overthinking leading to mental exhaustion - anxiety when triggered due to certain things - mood shift sometimes - difficulty in making decisions - minimal OCD symptoms but visible only when anxious Therapist suggested to visit psychiatrist. Psychiatrist suggested to start bupropion XL150 for 3 months. Suggested approach by them- use medicine for some initial months and continue therapy and leave medicine once therapy is at advanced stage and also naturally positive habits are built My brother is anxious about building medicine dependence? We don't want that at all Also is it possible to stop using the medicine immediately after 3 months? What should be done? Should we take second opinion on the medicine and dosage and usage?

Currently have consulted and doctor has gradually increased my dose of nexito and vortidif twice 10mg morning and evening since i was not feeling much of the change with 10 mg does. Plse advise is it advisable totake both medicine simultaneously.

I am a patient of a psychiatrist. I went to Sion Hospital in Mumbai and met with one psychiatrist. After doing a follow-up after 6 months, another doctor said that her time period has ended. But isn't the post-graduation period for psychiatrists 3 months? Other doctors aren't taking me seriously. I want to meet that doctor again. Will she come back? Can someone tell me?

I am taking amitriptyline 35 mg daily from 2 year continuously for left side headache (migraine) After not taking 4 days my left ear starts ringing . Is tinitus is withdrawal symptoms of amitriptyline?
